Volvo of Athens offers alternate transportation for specific services/repairs and does not guarantee any specific vehicle. Service Customers who are having the complete factory maintenance performed or repairs may qualify for a loaner vehicle provided the service is over 1.5hrs.

Loaner Vehicle Requirements*:
No Smoking
No Pets
Vehicle returned at the same level (or charged for fuel)
Vehicle must be returned in the condition in which it was loaned (subject to a detail fee)
Customer is responsible for any damage to the loaner vehicle
Customer must be over 21 years of age
*Loaner vehicles cannot be provided for diagnostic processes or services under 1.5 hrs.
